| I started with the typical routine watching I wished to have Tyler linger a lil\' longer than the average patient, what can I say the dude was the cutest patient I had all day. I had him eliminate his T-shirt to check his lungs and heart beat and then asked him to remove his pants, which was one hell of a delight.
