| The very first patient that I've seen today was a fresh patient named Ashtyn. He's a very cute legal year old entering because he pulled a muscle running. Ashtyn is one of our freshest students that is on the track crew and I never seen him before. He came into my office complaining a pulled muscle that he was at experience and he feel and hurt himself. Since Ashytn hasn't been in the office before I dreamed to update our records to make sure we have the recent medical information on him. I asked him to eliminate his shirt so I can listen to his heart and lungs and I checked his vital signs. Ashtyn is 5'7 and weighs 120lbs and has a really sleek toned body. |
